I believe Jeff Ashton and the suspect expert witnesses lost this case for the state of Florida. I don’t know how you can have an expert witness who is the ONLY man in the world that uses his tests – and when he exclaimed the level was wildly high and that is opposed by the prosecutions own FBI witness….There was a nurse on the jury who knows you have to be able to prove the results of a test…And Jeff Ashton’s constant objections and tantrums would have made me suspect that he was trying to keep information away from the jury. Once you start believing the prosecution is pulling a fast one because they have more trial experience they lose their credability.
In addition, I think the prosecution was arrogant about their superior trial experience – which they had. I think they are both great attorneys. But the steam roller – pit bull approach came back to bite them.

I suggest we boycott Fox, ABC, Dr. Phil and The View. Barbara thought this was a coup(?) but I believe the Anthony trial has educated us, the tv viewers. All these years we thought Barbara was a journalist. Now we realized that television stations have been paying for interviews. By boycotting, the union workers on these shows will loose their jobs. Therefore, notify The Doctors that you’ll boycott their show as long as Dr. Phil’s son is the producer. We can’t financially hurt Dr. Phil but we can hit his ego by asking for his son’s resignation. Why should Union workers be the only ones who loose their paycheck. How can Dr. Phil hold his granddaughter and not realise that This Family is using their dead granddaughter as a mean to improving their lifestyles. Also, let’s cancel their free publicity by using the following phrases: George/Cindy/Lee Anthony – The Family, Casey – The Client. Instead of lawyer’s name: Gaggle of Attornies, Defendent Goose, Civil Goose, The Family Goose etc. Contact the Florida Attorney General and request a full Foundation investigation regarding the new Caylee Foundation, Bring The Kids Home Foundation and notify the IRS Tax Exempt laws to require monthly accounting for funds. Everytime this Family or Gaggle of Attornies “leak” a statement, The Family and Gaggle of Attornies have met and discuss what is to “leak” or said. The Family and Gaggle of Attornies have been working together since the beginning. They practice “Gray Law”. The statement was leaked “Client to move to Mexico after probabation with her rich companion.” Although, it will be hard to trace the money, as a companion she is working and receiving monies. Therefore, the Florida taxpayers no longer have to compensate he attornies fee. DO NOT purchase “Caylee” items on Ebay as only The Family has right to Caylee’s image. Let use our voices and the internet to demand legal ramifications for the injustice The Family and Gaggle of Attornies. Justice for Caylee will come especially for the desegration of her tiny beautiful body. Neither The Family, The Client or The Gaggle of Attornies have morals. Let’s keep the pressure on.

I will boycott Dr. Phil’s show and interview with the Anthony’s. In my view they are pathological liars just like their daughter.

I will no longer watch Dr. Phil’s show at anytime. He has no shame only a desire for ratings and is using the Anthony’s as they are using him. To give air time to these disgusting and most vile of individuals is reprehensible.

We will learn nothing from the interview as whatever they say will be crafted to obscure the truth rather than reveal it. To watch it is to become a victim of the Anthony’s pathological behaviour.

Poor Caylee. Such a grotesque family. Circus freaks one and all with no moral compass only serving their own twisted and insidious psyches.

Don’t buy their LIES! Do not watch the Dr. Phil and Anthony show. They tell nothing but lies. Seizures….PLEASE. Casey Anthony would not have sat in jail for three long years if Caylee would have died of an accidental drowning! We are not stupid! The only way to make this family pay is to IGNORE them and make them go away. Do not allow them to make money off of their dead daughter/granddaughter. If they do…it YOUR fault.

KEEP THESE PEOPLE OUT OF THE MEDIA ONCE AND FOR ALL!

Joanna; i live in the Fl Keys, I am happy that you agree that this is unfair. I know that 40 cases were dismissed in Miami. On Sept 14, I believe there is going to be another some odd Motions (for Statute no. 893 cases) to be dismissed as well. I am praying that they will all be. I wonder what we can do instead of just waiting for the outcome. Make others aware somehow, It is really a harsh sentencing for someone who may even be quilty;

is there a way, and will it help to start petitions and perhaps demonstrations regarding 893 as unconstitutional. Or is there anything that we as citizens, no priors and perhaps with can do to help attornies get these charges dismissed or the statute changed?

Channel 12 Milwaukee I notice no longer has Dr. Phil in their lineup hurrah for channel 12 someone has finally got it.I stopped watching him the first time I found out he is stooping that low for rateings.They aren’t going to tell him the truth and no one cares what trhey think they are only on there to get theirselves more money for this so called organization they started.Of course there are going to be those who think they need help I feel bad for them for being so stupid to think this money is going to actually go to missing children .
